Refund policy

1. Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders from our studio in Spain.

  • Spain & Portugal: We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days.

  • Rest of Europe: Flat rate of 9,00€. Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days.

  • International: Calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 5-10 working days.

  • Note: Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends will be shipped the following working day.

2. Returns & Exchanges

At VALAYRE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn and unwashed: The garment must not show any signs of use.

  • Original Packaging: All protective bags and internal materials must be included.

  • Tags: All original tags must be attached and intact.

  • Hygienic Standards: For items such as hats, caps, or intimate apparel, returns are only accepted if the original hygienic seal/stickers remain untouched. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we detect perfume, deodorant marks, stains, or any other sign of use that prevents the item from being resold as new.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us at hello@valayre.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Please ensure the package is securely sealed. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as VALAYRE is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit.

Return Costs:

  • Península (Spain & Portugal): Returns are free of charge. We will provide a prepaid return label.

  • Rest of Europe & International: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 working days.

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 15 working days, please contact us at hello@valayre.com.

4. Exchanges

To ensure you receive your preferred size or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order. This is the fastest way to guarantee availability from our limited production batches.

5. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
