Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time the order is placed. All prices include VAT (IVA) unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier. Once the products are handed over to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

SECTION 14 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Elche (Alicante). Consumers within the EU may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
