Shipping policy
At VALAYRE, we aim for excellence from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Please review the following terms regarding our shipping and delivery processes.
1. Processing Times
We take pride in the meticulous preparation of your pieces. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours from our Spanish studio.

Note: During periods of high demand, seasonal campaigns, or new collections, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every detail of your order meets our quality standards.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Times
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely. Estimated delivery times are based on carrier data and are provided as a guide:

Spain & Portugal: 1-2 working days (Complimentary shipping).

Rest of Europe: 3-5 working days.

International: 5-10 working days.
Please note: These times are estimates. VALAYRE is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or unforeseen carrier interruptions beyond our control.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the European Union, please be aware that local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, and other fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office to estimate any potential costs before placing your order.
4. Shipping Address & Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any subsequent shipping costs required for re-dispatch will be the customer's responsibility.

5. Delivery & Risk of Loss
Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

We rely on the carrier's proof of delivery (POD), including digital signatures or geolocation tracking, as confirmation of receipt.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but has not been received, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. While we will do our best to resolve these matters amicably, VALAYRE cannot be held liable for losses occurring after the carrier has confirmed a successful delivery to the provided address.
6. Lost Packages
In the event that a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier before delivery, we will work with you to provide a replacement or, should that not be possible, a full refund. We prioritize your satisfaction and will handle these instances with the transparency and urgency they deserve.
